Pricing + Services
Membership:
$100 per person per month Primary Care for ALL ages. There are no additional charges for visits.
$200 per person per month Primary Care for those who require home visits exclusively, subject to physician discretion.
$200 per patient per month for Primary Care +OMT membership ** with Dr Inman ONLY**includes 1 OMT session per month.
$120/hour a la cart OMT session, for members only.
*We do not bill insurance for visits or charge a co-pay. These monthly prices are your fee for membership in my practice. You can pay by EFT (automatic bank draft) or by your card billed monthly.
*We do ask for a 12 month commitment. Undergraduate and graduate students can enroll on a per semester basis if needed.
*A non-refundable $100 Enrollment Fee PER PERSON is due when the first visit is scheduled. Billing for membership fee begins in second month, in arrears.

Primary Care for the whole family
We see patients of all ages for wellness and preventative visits, managing chronic conditions, sick visits, and injuries. Services listed below are available only to members.
Postpartum & Newborn Care
Home visits for mothers & newborns, from birth to 2 months, including breastfeeding support. Visits are typically weekly in your home. Only available to members. At least one member of the family must continue the membership after the 2 month period.

We offer deeply discounted lab services.
Wholesale Supplements
We partner with FullScript to provide discounted supplements delivered directly to you.
Allergy Testing & Treatment
We offer allergy testing through Allermetrix Lab. We offer treatment with SLIT (sublingual immunotherapy) through AllergyChoices. This is a more convenient alternative to allergy shots. Billed directly by AllergyChoices. Only available to members.
Office Procedures
Our physicians perform a variety of procedures in the office and some are available in your home or work place. There is no additional charge for the procedure, but any specimen sent for testing will be billed separately. Only available to members.
